Mussels Chips

Short Description


  • 3 Cooking… shallots
  • 1 Cooking… garlic clove
  • 3 large Cooking… onions
  • 2 litres small farmed mussels
  • 2 to 3 celery sticks
  • 30g butter
  • Pepper
  • Bay leaves (2)
  • Thyme
  • 500 ml dry white wine
  • A few sprigs parsley
  • Préparation: 30 min
  • Cuisson: 10 min

  • Condiment: Garlic, Shallot, Yellow Onion
  1. Clean the mussels and place in a cooking pot. Add the finely chopped onions and shallots, butter, pepper and crushed garlic.
  2. Then add the celery sticks and sprigs of parsley. Add the white wine, thyme, bay leaves and a little water if necessary.
  3. Allow to cook while stirring until the mussels open fully.
