Chorizo Raclette Gratin

  1. Steam the potatoes for 10 minutes. In the mean time, dice the onion and gently fry with a little butter for 3 minutes.
  2. Rub the bottom of a cooking dish with garlic. Mix the thyme leaves with the crème fraîche then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into disks.
  4. Place the potatoes, onions, chorizo, cream and raclette cheese one on top of the other.
  5. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°.
