- Steam the potatoes for 10 minutes. In the mean time, dice the onion and gently fry with a little butter for 3 minutes.
- Rub the bottom of a cooking dish with garlic. Mix the thyme leaves with the crème fraîche then season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into disks.
- Place the potatoes, onions, chorizo, cream and raclette cheese one on top of the other.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°.
