Mint Semolina Tabbouleh
Short Description
Ingredients: (serves 4)
- 400 g semolina couscous
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Cooking… red onion
- 1 Cooking… sweet onion
- 200 ml lemon juice
- 200 ml olive oil
- Mint leaves
- Parsley
- Chives
- Préparation: 10 min
- Difficulté: 2
- Condiment: Red Onion, Sweet Onion
- Place the semolina couscous in a large salad bowl.
- Add the lemon, oil, mint leaves, parsley and chives.
- Dice the tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Mix in with the couscous.
- Place in the fridge to bring out all the flavours.
