- Wash, tail and coarsely chop the radishes.
- Peel and chop the shallot.
- Squeeze out the lemon juice.
- Cut the cheese into small pieces.
- Place the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add the mustard and yoghurt. Add salt and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until you’re left with small pieces.
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
