Mussels Chips

  1. Clean the mussels and place in a cooking pot. Add the finely chopped onions and shallots, butter, pepper and crushed garlic.
  2. Then add the celery sticks and sprigs of parsley. Add the white wine, thyme, bay leaves and a little water if necessary.
  3. Allow to cook while stirring until the mussels open fully.
