Pink Radish, Shallot, Goats’ Cheese & Chive Spread

  1. Wash, tail and coarsely chop the radishes.
  2. Peel and chop the shallot.
  3. Squeeze out the lemon juice.
  4. Cut the cheese into small pieces.
  5. Place the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add the mustard and yoghurt. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Mix the ingredients until you’re left with small pieces.
  8. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
